Individual responsible for supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve desired outcomes; assisting person in obtaining eligibility for services; assisting person in accessing needed services consistent with the Individualized Support Plan; and, preparing and updating the ISP. Requires organizational skills, along with the ability to multi-task and Prioritize. Must have good coping skills and a good disposition to deal with families, agencies and other professionals involved in the Circles of Support. Typing Notes, ISPs, Service Requests, Emails, working with providers on problem solving, and discussing service to requests. Conducting visits and phone calls to monitor services and supports that are being provided by the DIDD provider. Facilitating meetings to discuss ISPs, issues and problems.
BS/BA degree in a human services field required. Valid TN driver's license and own transportation required. Applicant should type 40 wpm. Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel required. Subject to criminal background checks. Arc/EOE.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
