COMPANY IS WILLING TO PAY RELOCATION EXPENSES FOR SKILLED/QUALIFIED CANDIDATES.
Objectives:
To troubleshoot systems and perform preventive and predictive maintenance on various equipment while remaining safety minded.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and provide continuous improvement suggestions.
Job responsibility include but are not limited to:
1) Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of various manufacturing equipment 2) Maintain integrity of safety devices including light curtains, safety gates, barriers, etc.
3) Assist in design and installation of new/improved manufacturing equipment, components, and processes 4) Make sure equipment meets NEC and OSHA regulations Qualifications/Requirements to be Considered:
1) MUST have at least 2 years of assembly robotic welding experience (teach points and troubleshoot) 2) Basic knowledge of services and variable frequency drives 3) Must have a general knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics 4) Must have a basic knowledge of drafting (blueprint reading, dimension drawings, etc.
) 5) Basic knowledge of AUTOCAD 6) Must be able to work extended hours as needed to meet customer requirements EDUCATION:
High School diploma or GED Minimum 2 years with Associates degree in welding and/or 5 years work experience preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Knowledge of GMAW welding processes and troubleshooting welding equipment Robotics knowledge AWS Certified COMPUTER SKILLS:
proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Operate standard office equipment preferred PAYRATE:
