Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the administrative duties of construction projects in conjunction with the Project Management and Estimating teams.
This position will work closely with the team to ensure that all project requirements are met and that the client is satisfied.
Essential Functions:
Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
Manage all documents required for a project (contract, construction documents, blueprints, etc.
) Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure that all construction documents are signed.
Compile and prepare Operation and Maintenance Manuals to be submitted to the client at the close of a project.
Assist in preparation of proposals and presentations for attaining new business.
Perform other duties as required or assigned by Project Manager or Estimator.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to pass drug screening upon hire.
Must be able to work 40 hours per week and work overtime as needed.
Standard work week is M-Th.
