Qualifications:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
One to two years of experience in office setting preferred.
Must have one to two years of experience in administrative position required.
COVID -19 Vaccination / approved exemption status (If applicable)
Essential Functions:
Works as part of the intake team providing support to patients and their families.
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Is a self-starter who can work independently.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks with multiple priorities.
Maintains an open phone line for contact from clients, personnel, and referring agencies.
Responsible for answering all incoming calls and providing appropriate attention to requests.
Responsible for keeping records of all incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Responsible for providing support to staff schedules Assists other departments as needed.

8 hour shift On call Work Location:
In person.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
