Responsibilities include data input of programmatic and financial data for multiple contracts, in multiple systems, and record maintenance in the state VOS system for the Workforce Investment Opportunity Act participants and programs.
Duties include assisting with clerical duties, reviewing monthly billing and preparing reports, and may assist with inventory control, tracking, and reporting.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to establish effective working relations with the public, contractors, grantor agencies, community agencies, and colleagues.
Proficiency in usage of personal computers and software applications.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Must have the ability to maintain records, files, and documents in an orderly and precise manner.
Associate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred.
Experience with clerical duties, data entry, databases, accounting, etc.
Significant job-related experience may substitute for educational requirement.
The bi-weekly salary is $1,291.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
