Wallace Subaru of Johnson City needs a Subaru Service Advisor.
The Subaru customer is well known to be one of the most loyal and most appreciative of dealership personnel.
We welcome experienced Advisors to apply! Wallace Subaru/VW/Mitsubishi of Johnson City needs to hire 1 qualified and professional individual to be a Subaru Service Advisor.
The successful candidate will work 7:
45AM - 5:
30PM 5 days a week with 1 hour for lunch.
The successful candidate will work approximately 1 Saturday as needed (8-12PM) and be given a half day off during the Monday-Friday week when working a Saturday.
You will report directly to the Service Manager.
You will be responsible for greeting customers in the Service Drive and on the telephone.
You will be familiar with factory and dealer recommended maintenance schedules so you can recommend maintenance and advise on vehicle repairs.
Proper communication with Automotive Technicians and Customers is critical.
The successful candidate will be working with all the latest tools and most current software available to the Service Industry.
You should be comfortable using technology to improve your performance.
Customer service and satisfaction are a must.
You should be comfortable with technology and communicating with customers in person, through email, over the telephone, and via text message.
Purpose/Key
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person and on the telephone to make them feel welcome Keep detailed note, repair quotes, and follow up on commitments Open and close repair orders accurately and with complete documentation Advise customers on recommended services and their maintenance schedule Relay information and vehicle needs from the technicians to the customer Open RO, communicate with customer if additional repairs are necessary, collect payment, close RO and redeliver customer vehicle The Service Advisor should expect to have 15 or more customers per day Maintain an organized schedule and awareness of the status of all your customers whether at the store or not Computer and phone skills are a must along with great customer service Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & driving test) Medical, dental, vision and 401k benefits are all available.
This Service Advisor should expect compensation from the $50,000-$60,000 range with top performers in our Automotive Group earning more than $90,000.
