Full-time (scheduled 72 hrs or more per pay period) Job Definition Job Description SCOPE OF POSITION The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing duties that support the CNO and Clinical Directors' projects and workflow.
The Administrative Assistant is expected to adhere to the policies of Mountain Sates Health Alliance and maintain a professional image.
The Administrative Assistant must communicate effectively, resolves conflicts, maintain confidentiality and be a role model for customer service and Patient-Centered Care behaviors and the Values and Principles of MSHA.
Assigned job duties include answering the telephone, scheduling meetings, taking minutes and establishing and maintaining files and maintain office supplies and equipment.
The Administrative Assistant also assists with the preparation and maintenance of staffing schedules, payroll records, and managing invoices and reconciling accounts as needed.
The Administrative Assistant also assists with maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Compensation Location and Work Requirements Work Schedule:
8 AM to 5 PM Shift:
Day On Call:
No Weekends:
No Travel Required:
No Travel.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
