Job Description:
We are currently under new management and seeking candidates for Front Desk and Night Audit positions to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Front Desk:
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
Provide information about the hotel's services and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Manage reservations and room assignments.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Night Audit:
Perform one-click night audit function and ensure reservation accuracy.
Reconcile daily revenue and email reports to management.
Assist with occasional guest check-ins and check-outs.
Respond to guest requests and emergencies as necessary.
Maintain security cameras and confidentiality during the night hours.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience in a hotel or customer service role (is a plus but not required) Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Dependability and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
