As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for everyone who visits or calls our office.
Your primary responsibilities will include greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the agency staff.
Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff member.
Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars for agents and staff.
Provide general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and copying documents.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Maintain client records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service and make recommendations to management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an office setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
KIND Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance is favorable.
