- Perform physical labor on construction sites, including digging, carrying materials, and operating machinery.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as required.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
