Full-time (scheduled 72 hrs or more per pay period) Job Definition Job DescriptionScope of Position Maintain regular communication with vendor representatives o Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues o Investigate end users' preference while making build decisions o Analyze business operations as they relate to build decisions o Analyze new functionality in releases to determine how it should be used o Review software, coordinate and test updates.
o Review and test each new release.
o Analyze data conversion needs.
o Ensure that data coming across an interface meets the business need o Follow established policies and procedures for System.
o Troubleshoot problems and questions from end users.
o Responsible for timely management of all assignments, including ticket management and maintaining an up to date status in tracking system.
o Tracks time to work efforts assigned and maintains time card appropriately.
o Must execute text plans/scripts and provide input to maintain accuracy while keeping the content current.
o Engages with other teams in coordination of work effort.
o Assist with onboarding and precepting Level I analysts.
o Act independently and manage meetings as needed.
o Maintain professionalism in actions and words.
o Responsible for other duties as assigned Reporting Relationship See Table of Organization Education/Licensure 4 years IT experience with no degree.
o Health Care experience preferred but not required o Expected to achieve software certification based on vendor recommendations and department requirements for application(s) supported within 6 months.
Skills:
o Demonstrates ability to meet deadlines.
o Demonstrates the ability to probe for information about the underlying needs of the organization and user community, which directly influences how the system will be built.
o Has gained and able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the software and how it meets customer needs.
o Possesses an understanding of computer system capabilities to address process requirements.
o Ability to integrate process steps and handoffs across disciplines / departments and drive teams to decisions.
o Skilled at problem solving.
o Strong communication skills - written and oral.
o Excellent organizational skills.
o Skilled in Microsoft Office products.
