Applicants must be computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office software, demonstrate organizational abilities, and communicate and operate well while working in a team environment.
Applicants must also demonstrate the ability to give great attention to detail while working independently.
Paralegal applicants should demonstrate proficiencies in legal research, legal drafting, and possess a basic understanding of the rules of procedure and state/federal court procedure.
Although legal experience is preferred, it is not a prerequisite to possess the skills, attributes, and characteristics necessary to be an applicant for this position.
The administrative legal assistant or paralegal position is a full-time position, with paid vacation and sick time.
Paid in-house training will also be provided.
Compensation will be generated based upon individual abilities and prior experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
