We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant familiar with the procedures and regulations of Tennessee's Department of Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (DIDD).
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Maintains and reviews extensive digital and physical files Emails and files faxes Scans end-of-month paperwork Updates annual forms and submits documentation Provides materials and records minutes for weekly meetings Purchases supplies for the office, homes, and special events Additional duties required to support the administrative team Administrative Assistant Qualifications High school diploma and minimum 2 years DIDD work experience Relevant education will be accepted in the absence of work experience Valid license and car insurance Ability to pass background check and drug screen Availability on evenings and weekends required Work Remotely No Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
