Summary:
Pisgah Roofing & Restoration is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service/Scheduler to join our team.
This individual will be primarily responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, providing superb customer service and assisting with various office tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for estimators and maintain calendar for this location - Answer all phone calls for this location - Greet customers and provide assistance as needed - Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments etc - Provide customer service support to customers and office walk-ins - Type and prepare email correspondence, reports, and other documents - Maintain office supply inventory Requirements:
- Previous experience in a construction or roofing office is preferred - Scheduling experience is a plus - CRM / Database experience is a plus, but not required - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to understand and execute job duties and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
