PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, develop, and implement policies, procedures, and processes throughout the organization.
Monitor and ensure clinical and operational performance goals are maintained.
Ensure performance and operations remain compliant.
Manage safety/risk management issues.
Direct, plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate the services of clinical operations.
Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to develop organizational goals and budgets.
Maintain a system of staffing.
Implement robust training within operations.
Implements a managerial climate that encourages teamwork and collegial collaboration.
Maintain strict confidentiality.
Follow organizational policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Five or more years of management or experience in a healthcare setting.
