Description: Manage the processes during the lifespan of commercial loans within a commercial loan portfolio including: communicating with clients, working with Loan Quality, Loan Operations and other internal departments, and supporting commercial lender(s).
Duties: Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
1. Timely management of commercial loan documentation and preparation
2. Demonstrated problem solving skills and accuracy in work
3. Excellent working relationships with others on team and counterparts in corporate departments
Duties &
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a point of contact for clients during all phases of the loan including assisting with loan advances, collecting financial documents and resolving (as needed) past due payments
2. Assist with the preparation of Uniform Commercial Presentations (UCP) documents
3. Enter loan information and documentation into Baker Hill
4. Prepare loan closing packages and assist with loan closing processes
5. Plan for the renewal cycle on existing commercial loans
6. Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in related field preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required
2. Four years of banking experience, preferably with supporting commercial loans
3. Strong understanding of financial and loan documents
4. Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office software
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
6. Ability to support multiple lenders in a team environment
7. Ability to meet deadlines while working independently
8. Strong attention to detail
9. Ability to sit for extended periods of time in front of a computer
